  FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR HARDWARE SUPPLIES
  
  The Municipal Government of Taytay, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of
  TWELVE MILLION PESOS (PHP 12,000,000.00) as Approved Budget for the Contract
  (ABC) to payments under the contract Framework Agreement for Hardware Supplies. Bids
  received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be disqualified upon bid opening.
  The Municipal Government of Taytay now invites bids for the Framework Agreement for
  Hardware Supplies. Bidders should have a completed contract similar to the project, within 2 years
  from the date of submissions of bids.
  Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary
  “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act
  (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government procurement Reform Act”.
  ● Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the
  conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 Revised IRR of R.A. 9184.
