FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR DRUGS AND MEDICINES AND OTHER

MEDICAL AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES

The Municipal Government of Taytay, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of
THIRTY-THREE MILLION PESOS (PHP 33,000,000.00) as Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Framework Agreement for Drugs and
Medicines and Other Medical and Laboratory Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall automatically be disqualified upon bid opening.
The Municipal Government of Taytay now invites bids for the Framework Agreement for Drugs
and Medicines and Other Medical and Laboratory Supplies. Bidders should have a completed
contract similar to the project, within 2 years from the date of submissions of bids.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary
