Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES FOR VARIOUS TRAININGS AND MEETINGS

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office IX, using a single-year for a duration of one (1) year Framework Agreement, through the Approved National Expenditure Program (NEP) for FY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos (₱4,646,990.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office IX now invites bids for above Procurement Project using the Most Economically and Advantageous Bids (MEAB) Criteria under the New Government Procurement Act (RA 12009). Delivery of the Goods shall be based on the actual date of event or activity to be provided by the end-user and after issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
