1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Nine Pesos Only (Php 4,558,669.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Formulation of Social and Environmental Impact Assessment Study of Baquilan Irrigation Project located in Botolan, Zambales. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Formulation of Social and Environmental Impact Assessment Study of Baquilan Irrigation Project.
