REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

FORMULATION AND PACKAGING OF THE ENHANCED COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN (E-CLUP)

The LGU-GARCHITORENA, through the GOP General Fund for C/Y 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 2,600,000.00 being the approved budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for E-CLUP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected from the opening of the financial proposals.

The Local Government Unit of Garchitorena now calls the submission of eligibility documents for the packaging of E-CLUP. Interested consultants must submit their eligibility documents on or before________________ at Bids and Awards Committee Office at 2nd Floor Finance Building, Municipal Hall, Garchitorena, Camarines Sur. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion.
