PURCHASE OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES

1. The City Government of Cotabato, through Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Fifty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 52,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. For use of Office of the City Health Officer. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for Alcohol, Working Gloves, Face Mask and Disinfectant Solution. Delivery of the Goods is required 5 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
