PURCHASE OF OFFICE SUPPLIES

1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (Php 140,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. For use of Office of the City General Services Officer / MILG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for Folding Tables, Ceiling Fan, Rechargeable Battery, Projector Screen and Executive Chair. Delivery of the Goods is required 5 Calendar days.
