1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Ninety One Thousand Three Hundred Forty Pesos (Php 91,340.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. For use of Office of the City Budget Officer. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
