PURCHASE OF VETERINARY SUPPLIES

1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Six Thousand One Hundred Forty Pesos (Php 396,140.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. For use of Animal Health and Disease Control Division, Office of the City Veterinarian. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for Veterinary Supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required 5 Calendar days.
