1. The Municipality of Bugallon through the Trust Fund-Performance Challenge Fund (PCF) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Pesos Only (P 1,153,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of One Unit Portable Ultrasound Machine and Laptop for Medical Diagnostic use at the Municipal Health Office Bugallon, Pangasinan under Contract ID No. 009-10-2025 GOODS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
