Description : The intended engagement aims to ensure the efficient delivery of public service through the deployment of qualified, competent, and compliant personnel, in accordance with existing government rules and regulations. The manpower services shall cover, but not be limited to, the following:

Janitorial Services (TOR / SOW)
 Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep of office premises;
 Delivering specialized assistance, maintenance, or support services as required.
 Daily cleaning and sanitation of all office spaces, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
 Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors
 Glass and window cleaning including doors and partitions
 Waste collection and disposal in compliance with environmental standards
 Dusting and wiping of furniture, fixtures, and office equipment
 Restocking of restroom consumables (toilet paper, soap, etc.)
 Carpet shampooing and stain removal as scheduled
 Cleaning of light fixtures and vents
