  The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR-10), through the National Expenditure Program for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Three Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (P8,340,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Petroleum, Fuel, Oil, and Lubricant (POL) with identification no. ITB#2025-00-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  The BFAR-10 now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
