1. The Municipality of Bugallon, through the Non-Office-Assistance to Barangay & Others, intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 1,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement/ Fabrication & Installation of Solar Panel at Barangay Magtaking, Bugallon, Pangasinan under Contract ID No. 002-07-2025 INFRA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Bugallon, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 34 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
