SPECS:
1. ISO/ CTS Compression Type Fittings
2. There are No Loose Component (NLC)
* Bushing/ Thrust Ring & O-Ring are intact inside the nut.
3. Fitting Body and Nut are made of Polypropylene Material (PP) complete with pre-assembled and captivated grip ring & o-ring.
4. Clinching split ring is made of acetal material.
5. Thrust ring is made of nylon.
6. O-ring is made of nitrile rubber.
7. Thread of fitting shall conform to ISO 7/1.
8. Compression joint conforms with ISO 228/ 2 and shall fit service tubing material made of PE.
9. Fitting connection shall withstand resistance to pull-out of 180 kg & working pressure of 150 psi.
10. Fitting color shall be black to minimize UV degredation.
11. Plastic fittings shall pass the test requirements of CTS, AWWA and ASTM standards.
