1. The Municipality of Bugallon through the Supplemental Budget #1 FY intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (P 1,165,450.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Lightings & Decoration at General Jose Torres Bugallon Park, Poblacion, Bugallon, Pangasinan under Contract ID No. 002-09-2025 GOODS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
