  Prospective bidders should have an experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least Fifty percent (50%) of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass fail” criteria.
  Posting at PhilGEPS and Commission on Audit is on March 24, 2026.
  Submission of Letter of Interest is on March 30, 2026.
  Pre-Bid Conference is on March 30, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. and Issuance of Bid Form will follow.
  Deadline of Submission and Receipt of Bids is on April 06, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at Barangay Hall of Tiguib.
  Opening of Bids is schedule on April 06, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at Barangay Tiguib Session Hall.
