INVITATION TO BID FOR THE FOOD, VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION

1. The Municipality of Tupi through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 275,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Food, Venue and Accommodation/ITB 001-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Tupi now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Food, Venue and Accommodation is required Seven (7) Days after the signing of the contract. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
