INVITATION TO BID

for the

FOOD SUPPLIES for patients including consumables and packaging for the CY2026 requirement of Pasay City General Hospital

1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Three Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five Pesos (Php 13,374,975.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the FOOD SUPPLIES for patients including consumables and packaging for the CY2026 requirement of Pasay City General Hospital. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Pasay now invites bids for the FOOD SUPPLIES for patients including consumables and packaging for the CY2026 requirement of Pasay City General Hospital [using the Early Procurement Activity (EPA)]. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is Twelve (12) Months.
