  Description : TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  
  1. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC per lot. Contracts similar to the Project refer to contracts which have the same categories (e.g. Fish, Chicken, Pork, Vegetables, Fruits, Groceries & Rice).
  2. Award is per lot basis.
  3. Any bid exceeding the ABC shall be automatically disqualified.
  4. Basis of award: Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid.
  5. Subcontracting is not allowed.
  6. Joint venture is not allowed.
  7. The Bidder shall submit a Bid Securing Declaration or any of the following forms and amount:
  a. The amount of not less than 2% of ABC, if bid security is in cash, cashier-s/manager-s check, bank draft/guarantee or irrevocable letter of credit;
  b. The amount of not less than 5% of ABC if bid security is in Surety Bond.
  
  8. The Bid and bid security shall be valid one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of the opening of bids
