  Description : 1) The City Government of Pasig, through the Executive Budget CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Pesos Only (₱25,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Food Provision for Evacuees and/or Internally Displaced Persons and Families During Disasters and Other Emergencies in Pasig City (Framework Agreement) - PCDRRMO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
