Description : SECTION I. INVITATION TO BID FOR

Food Catering Services during the Conduct of Training for Electoral Board, DESO Tech. and DESO

1. The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon, through the General Fund FY 2025 /APP 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty Thousand, Two Hundred Pesos (Php330,200.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Food Catering Services during the Conduct of Training for Electoral Board , DESO Tech. and DESO/01-006-25-Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within five (5) days. Bidders should have completed projects within two (2) years, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the contract to be bid and at least Twenty Five Percent (25%), prior from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
