VENUE- Session Hall/venue, can accommodate 50 pax with working tables and chairs, with fast internet connection/WIFI, with sound system, projectors and white screen, overflowing coffee/hot choco/tea (freebies: 2 tarpaulins for the activity, 1 for the venue, 1 outside of the hall)- for 2 days

DAY 1

AM SNACKS-Native delicacies, bottled water- 50 pax
