3. Water dispenser with unlimited water supply.
4. Provision of microphones, projector and sound system for the main hall and breakout sessions
5. Tables and chairs for the participants.
6. Follow the health standard protocols like sanitized hall, clean comfort rooms and provision of tissue paper and alcohol.
7. On time provision of the meal and snacks.
8. Ferry participants to and from the venue if outside the city proper.
