Description : The Department of Education, Schools Division of Catbalogan City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), shall undertake a Negotiated Procurement-Small Value Procurement for the Food and Hotel Accommodation with Venue of Multigrade Convergence Meeting cum Program Implementation Review (PIR), in accordance with Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act No. 9184. The procurement has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (Php80,000.00) with the following specifications:

A. VENUE - Board and Lodging for Forty (40) pax (for 1 day)

Air-Conditioned Room that can accommodate 40 pax and Plenary Hall that can accommodate at least 40 pax for one (1) day with LCD projector, with internet connectivity and sound system and at least 2 functional microphones

B. FOOD & ACCOMMODATION - Complete/full provision for Forty (40) pax for one (1) day (full board)
