The Municipality of Sta. Rita now invites Suppliers to submit Bids for the FOOD AND HOTEL ACCOMMODATION FOR BASIC COURSE TRAINING FOR BARANGAY NUTRITION SCHOLAR.

The Approved Budget Cost is Two Hundred Four Thousand Pesos (Php204,000.00) Only.

Said prospective suppliers are required to submit the following documents together with the quotation/written proposals which shall be evaluated on January 24, 2025, 9:00 o-clock in the morning at the Municipal Hall, Conference Room, Municipality of Sta. Rita, to wit:

1. Valid and current Mayors Permit
2. DTI Registration/SEC Registration
3. BIR Registration
4. Bid Security as to form amount and validity period
5. Omnibus Sworn Statement
