Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF THE FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION DURING CAPACITATING YOUTH INITIATIVE FOR SOCIAL EMPOWERMENT, LEADERSHIP AND SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ON JANUARY 29 TO FEBRUARY 2, 2025
1. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Appropriation Ordinance of 2025, intends to apply the sum of five million and four hundred thousand pesos (₱5,400,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Food and Accommodation during Capacitating Youth Initiative for Social Empowerment, Leadership and Sustainable Community Development on January 29 to February 2, 2025 (BP-25-01-0010) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
