Description : FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION TO BE USED ON THE SPMS TRAINING OF THE MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES

1. The Local Government Unit of Concepcion through the General Fund - Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 235,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Food and Accommodation to be used on the SPMS Training of the Municipal Employees/ITB-2025-032 Bids received excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Concepcion now invites bids for the Food and Accommodation to be used on the SPMS Training of the Municipal Employees/ITB-2025-032. Delivery of goods is required 10 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
