1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7, through General Appropriations Act (GAA) for Fiscal Year ( FY) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Thousand pesos only (₱3,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One(1) Unit Rice Mill. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7, now invites Platinum PhilGEPS registered Supplier/Manufacturer/ Contractors/ Bidders to bid for the Procurement of One(1) Unit Rice Mill with the MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS: A.
