1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7 (DA-RFO 7), through the General Appropriation Act for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of Upgraded Horse.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7 (DA-RFO 7), now invites bids all PhilGEPS Registered Contractors/ Bidders Procurement of Upgraded Horse with the following specification:

-1 head Upgraded Horse @ 100,000.00 unit cost
Specifications:
*Male, not castrated
*Age at least 2 years old
*Visible hanging testicles
*Height at least 54 inches at the wither
*With negative coggins test results

Delivery site: Ubay Stock Farm, Ubay,Bohol

3. The Bidder must submit Mayor-s Permit and PhilGEPS Registration Number. The office will require the winning bidder to submit Omnibus Sworn Statement prior to the issuance of the Notice of Award (NOA).
