1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7, through General Appropriations Act (GAA) for Fiscal Year ( FY) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos (₱20,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Six (6) Units Four-Wheel Tractor (Minimum of 90 Hp )and One (1) Unit Four-Wheel Tractor (Minimum of 50 Hp). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
