1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7, through General Appropriation Act ( GAA) for Fiscal Year ( FY) 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand (₱3,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Recirculating Type Dryer. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 7, now invites Platinum PhilGEPS registered Supplier/Manufacturer/ Contractors/ Bidders to bid for the Procurement of One (1) unit Recirculating Type Dryer with the MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS A. PRIME MOVER: Type: Electric Motor, 220 Volts, Single Phase; B.
