Flood Control Systems

2. Construction of Breakwater Purok 3 - 167,363.00

1. The Barangay Local Government Units of Binosawan, Rapu-Rapu, Albay through the Approved Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Three Pesos Only (Php 367,363.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 20% LDF Projects CY-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Local Government Units of Binosawan, Rapu-Rapu, Albay now invites bids for 20% LDF Projects CY-2025. Completion of the Works is required within 90 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
