  Description : The Provincial Government of Antique, through the 20% NTA CY-2025 (Environmental
  Management Sector) to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Four
  Hundred Thirty One Pesos and Thirty Two Centavos (Php 973, 431.32) being the
  Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Flood
  Control Project, Ubos, Valderrama, Antique. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
  be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Provincial Government of Antique now invites bids for Flood Control Project, Ubos
  Valderrama, Antique. Completion of the Works is required Twenty Eight (28) Calendar
  Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of
  submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
  eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
  Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
  
  3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-
  discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New
  
  Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
