The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through the Responsibility Center: SP Res. # 72 AO #1 Series of 2023, 20% DF, CY 2023 / Account Code: 8918-035(23), intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Eighty Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Two Pesos (Php 1,784,362.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Five (5) Lots Construction Materials for the Improvement of Road at Sitio Sumaliring Beach, Brgy. Sumaliring, Siaton, Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by the End-user within 15 working days from the receipt of a written advice by the project engineer. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
