EVALUATION CRITERIA: LCRB

1. Must include 7 days reporting and analytics to monitor and uncover threats.
2. Must have advanced threat protection with a cloud-based, multi-engine solution for
stopping unknown and zero-day attacks at the gateway.
3. Must have gateway anti-virus, IPS, and dynamic spyware protection services to provide
robust inspection, detection, and prevention of malicious traffic.
4. Must have content filtering services, application intelligence and control, and DNS filtering
for internet use policies and control internal access to inappropriate, unproductive and
potentially illegal web content
5. Must include Botnet and Geo-IP filter to block malicious connections to and from Botnet
command and control centers and specific geographic locations.
6. Must include 24x7 Manufacturer Support with firmware updates and hardware
replacement. Support includes around-the-clock access to telephone and web-based
support.
7. Must provide 8x5 local support assistance - phone, email and remote support services
