Description : Invitation to Bid for Fire Protection System at SFB1

1. The Philippine Economic Zone Authority, through the Approved Corporate Operating Budget for the CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos and Fourteen Centavos (Php5,494,592.14) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Fire Protection System at SFB1 and Project Identification Number 2025-011. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Economic Zone Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) calendar days from Receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
