Description : Supply of materials and labor for the preventive maintenance of
Fire Detection Alarm System (FDAS)

Scope of works:
For the preventive maintenance of FDAS system:
1. Cleaning of smoke and heat detectors, repeater panel and MCP panel
2. Check and inspect the low voltage lines from Fire Detection Alarm
panel to devices if there are faults
3. Conduct simulation of FDAS to ensure full functionalities of the components:
a. Simulation by triggering one (1) smoke detector in the system.
b. Simulation by activating the manual call point
c. Simulation by triggering the "General Evacuation" of the FDAS
4. Submission of service report including the works conducted and if
there are other parts recommended for replacement
5. All FDAS materials/equipment found defective after the PMS shall be
quoted by the supplier for LLDA approval.

Instruction to Bidders:
1. Provider must be knowledgeabe on TOA brand for Fire Detection and Alarm System
2. Provider must coordinate with the End-User for the necessary locations
of each FDAS equipment for troubleshooting and repair
