Description : Invitation to Bid for Finishing & Modernization Works of the Two-Storey ISED Building (INFRA-MSUMAIN-ISED-03-25)

1) The Mindanao State University - Main Campus, Marawi City (MSU - Main Campus), through the 07 TRUST FUNDS intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱8,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Finishing & Modernization Works of the Two-Storey ISED Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The MSU - Main Campus now invites bids for Finishing & Modernization Works of the Two-Storey ISED Building with Tiling, Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, and Ceiling Works and Modernization of Comfort Rooms, located at the MSU - Main Campus, Marawi City, Lanao del Sur. Completion of the Works is required within ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
