1. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the RA7171 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Pesos (Php 975,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Financial/Livelihood Assistance to Cooperative (Purchase of Cattle for Sta. Lucia - Candon Farmers - Irrigators Marketing Cooperative) - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of Purchase Order/Notice to commence by the bidder.
