1. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the RA7171 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php 2,990,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Financial/Livelihood Assistance to Cooperative (Purchase of Cattle for Federated NGO of Sta. Lucia Credit Cooperative) - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of Purchase Order/Notice to commence by the bidder.
