1. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through Department of Social Welfare and Development-s FY 2025 budget from the approved General Appropriations Act - PSIF - AICS and AKAP Fund intends to apply the total sum of Thirty-Seven Million and Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (Php37,080,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Financial Service Provider for the Manual Distribution of Cash Assistance to Beneficiaries of Department of Social Welfare and Development Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) and Ayuda sa Kapos ang Kita (AKAP) Programs in the Provinces of Iloilo, Guimaras, Aklan, Antique, Capiz, and the City of Iloilo with Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. RBAC VI Panay 2025-001.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
