Description : 1. The Municipality of Carigara, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,300,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 0.6m width x 0.6m Depth Drainage Canal, Installation of Steel Matting Fence, Repair & Addition of Louver Blocks, 1.5meters Wide and 1m wide, 100mm thk Pathway, 2m wide, 200mm thick Road with Double Barrel Box Culvert and Reference Number : 12291778. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Carigara now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 91 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
