Description : The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bamban, Tarlac, through its Bids and AwardsCommittee (BAC), will undertake Shopping Procurement for the “FINAL DISPOSAL OF MUNICIPAL HAZARDOUS WASTE” in accordance with Section 52.1(b) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
