IV. OBJECTIVES
To increase awareness and strengthen advocacy on the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW) through sustained information and education efforts.

V. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Must have the latest PhilGEPS certification and Mayor-s Permit;
· Must be willing to provide services on a send-bill arrangement;

VI. SPECIFICATIONS
• Film screening
o Movie rental fee for two (2) films for two (2) days (inclusive of honorarium) on the theme of Violence Against Women (VAW)
o Two-day face-to-face film showing
o Laptop to be used for film screening
