The ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE (ZSPI) formerly KABASALAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (KIT), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2018 intends to apply the sum EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 86,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Fertilizer and Chemicals for ZSPI IGP-Farming use.
Price Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
