  Description : The Provincial Government of Antique, through the Re-alignment-SP Resolution No.
  627-2021, 20% NTA to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Fifty Six Thousand
  Two Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos and Sixty Four Centavos (Php 1, 456, 288.64) being
  the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Fencing
  and Improvement of Antique Hostel, Binirayan Hills, San Jose, Antique. Bids received in
  excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Provincial Government of Antique now invites bids for Fencing and Improvement of
  Antique Hostel, Binirayan Hills, San Jose, Antique. Completion of the Works is required
  Seventy Five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10)
  years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
