2. Load Considerations
a. Utilization of San Antonio Water Resources - The power supply generated is intended for Kauntuan Pumping Station.

b. Utilization of Sian river Water Source - The power supply generated is intended for Sian Pumping Station.

3. Construction and Operation
A detailed recommendation / consideration and report on the possible Design, build, operate and maintain by 3rd party, meaning to be operated and maintained by private entity; or design and build operated by Bislig City Water District.

4 Data Gathering (site location of the hydropower, Head, Water Flow and other pertinent data.), Preparation of draft, data collections, tables, figures, economic, financial and engineering study.
