1. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the RA7171 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 24,996,750.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Farmers Production Enhancement Program for Tobacco Farmers (Supply and Delivery of Basal Fertilizers and Ammonium Sulfate Fertilizers) - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
