Invitation to Bid for the Farm Mechanization/Equipment (Electric Hauling Transport) for the different Farmers Associations and Constituents of the Province

1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the CY 2026 Appropriations intends to apply the sum of PhP19,730,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Farm Mechanization/Equipment (Electric Hauling Transport) for the different Farmers Associations and Constituents of the Province-PGIS-055-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for Farm Mechanization/Equipment (Electric Hauling Transport) for the different Farmers Associations and Constituents of the Province. Delivery of the Goods is required within 25 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
