1. The Municipality of Miagao, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian, Account Number 8751-1-07-05-080 Continuing Year 2024 to apply the sum of
P 1,250,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for FACILITIES/MACHINERIES AND ASSORTED THREADS FOR WEAVERS FOR OFFICIAL USE OF THE OFFICE OF THE MUNIICIPAL AGRICULTURIST (ENHANCED KADIWA NI ANI AT KITA INCLUSIVE FOOD SUPPLY CHAIN PROGRAM). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
